These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vanza website, mobile app, venue dashboard, and TV wall display (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

Vanza is a social pinball leaderboard platform. Players capture scores with their phone; venues display leaderboards and manage their machines. We provide the software and the cloud infrastructure that run it.

Your account

You need an account to submit scores or manage a venue. You are responsible for the activity on your account, including keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit scores you did not achieve, or assist anyone in doing so.
• Alter, spoof, or manipulate machine displays to influence our score verification models.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, break, or disrupt the Service.
• Scrape or bulk-download data from the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or defame other users.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photographs and score data you submit. By submitting content, you grant Vanza a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service, including training our score-verification models on anonymized data.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

Venue subscriptions and billing

Paid venue plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. The first month is free for commercial plans (Venue, Pro). You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Prices for the Founding Venue tier are locked for 24 months from the date you go live. Standard pricing changes require 30 days' notice to affected accounts.

Intellectual property

The Vanza name, logo, website, and software are our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as permitted by these Terms or by separate written agreement.

Service availability

We operate the Service with reasonable care but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat. Scheduled maintenance may occur; we will give advance notice where practical.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, if you violate these Terms, if operation of the Service is no longer viable, or if required by law. If we terminate the Service entirely, we'll give paid-account holders at least 60 days' notice and the ability to export their data.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
