What counts as a score submission?
Every score captured through the Vanza app counts as one submission, whether it's verified, challenged, or moderated. You only pay for scores your players actually record — not every tap.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can move between plans any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel whenever — your leaderboards stay online for the billing period you've paid for.
What happens after my free trial?
We'll email you before your first month ends. If you don't want to continue, your account pauses — no automatic charge, no surprises.
Do players need to pay?
Never. The Vanza app is free for players. You pay for the venue tools; they bring the competition.
What machines are supported?
Any pinball machine with a readable score display — DMD, LCD, or alphanumeric. Our AI is tuned for Stern, Williams/Bally, and Jersey Jack displays, with more profiles added regularly.
